Studio Rules & Guidelines
Studio Do's

DO arrive and depart within your booked time: Ensure your setup and teardown are fully completed within your reserved hours so the next creator is never rushed.

DO respect the capacity limit: Maintain a strict maximum of 20 people inside the studio at any single time.

DO utilize designated parking: Park only in your allotted spaces, limited to 4 car parking spots total (3 directly in front of the studio and 1 extra designated space). Please ensure your team and clients carpool when possible.

DO treat equipment and fabric backdrops with care: Handle all studio lighting, grip gear, and fabric backdrops professionally, and report any accidental wear or damage immediately.

DO clean up after your session: Throw away all trash, pack up your props, and return furniture to its original neutral layout before leaving.

DO keep noise levels respectful: Keep volume at a reasonable level to maintain a productive and professional environment. Networking groups and collaborative meetups are warmly welcome within our capacity limits!
Studio Don'ts

DON'T host parties or private events: The studio is strictly designed for content creation, professional photography, videography, and creative productions. Absolutely no parties or private celebratory events are permitted.

DON'T use unauthorized messy elements: Strictly no glitter, confetti, open flames, smoke bombs, or messy liquids (such as unapproved oils or chaotic set pieces) without prior studio approval and a cleanup deposit.

DON'T drag furniture across the floors: Always lift heavy stools, chairs, and styling furniture to prevent scratching or damaging the flooring.

DON'T smoke, vape, or consume substances unlawfully: Keep the creative environment entirely smoke-free and compliant with local regulations.

DON'T sublet your booking: Never transfer your hourly slot or monthly membership hours to an unverified third party without prior studio management consent.
