Base Rate: $500 Perfect for galas, parties, corporate functions, and special milestones. What’s Included: • 4 Hours of Continuous Coverage: Our team arrives 30 minutes prior to coverage start time for setup and preparation to ensure we hit the ground running. (Please note: Coverage concludes strictly at the scheduled end time unless additional hours are booked in advance.) • Event Recap Mini-Video: A professionally edited short highlight video capturing the energy of your event. • Digital Gallery Delivery: All final, professionally edited images delivered via a private, high-resolution online gallery. • Expedited 1-Week Turnaround: Receive your complete gallery and recap video just seven days after your event. Customization & Add-Ons: • Additional Coverage: Extend your time for $100 per additional hour (must be requested and confirmed prior to the event date). The Process & Booking: 1. Date Request: Submit your event date to initiate the booking process. 2. Consultation Call: We will reach out via email to schedule a consultation call, discuss your event timeline, and review fine details. 3. Contract & Deposit: To secure your date, a formal contract agreement must be signed, and a non-refundable 50% retainer ($250) is required. 4. Payment Plan: The remaining balance can be structured into a convenient payment plan customized for you
